Let’s talk about something that’s very important, what is it? It’s telling the truth in all things involved with a legal claim because you can count on the fact, especially if your claim is against an insurance company – as most good claims are – they will find out everything.
If you’ve been injured before tell them. If you’re treated the week before the accident tell them. You can aggravate an injury, it’s the truth from which justice will come, from which your mouth will not be discredited, from which you can live by and you can be sure that they won’t get you on some kind of technicality when you’re trying to misappropriate the truth.
So please, tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth in your application, when you testify, when you talk to the doctor, if you’ve been injured before, if you haven’t been, tell the truth. Steven Reifman, you’ve got my name on it.
